Abstract

The Western so-called democracies have reached a crisis point that is undefinable because our knowledge does not include organisation and we do not recognise what we are doing wrong. We are inundated with immigrants that we can't stop, we are held to ransom by politicians that have a secure tenure for years and lie to our faces with impunity in their corrupted governance. But, now we have formal organisation, the electronics to turn the corrupted representational democracy into a true managed [by the voters] democracy with the ability to change one's vote with expert opinion so that we can use the science of governance, relativity, the physical and bottom-up organisation to make a do-it-ourselves Second Coming where everything works by recognising a fractal absolute of the herd metaphor-model to understand the structure of all societies.

Keywords:

creation equation; relativity, science of governance; organisation; true democracy

Introduction:

Preface

Modern governance theory is not being used [as it requires organisation] and society is being stressed by the corruptions accumulated over the last 200 years in using the representational democracy that evolved and grew in the pre-electronic era and is now inappropriate through mobile phones, the internet and computers. The advent of formal bottom-up organisation, relativity and a theory of the physical [1] can now allow a science of governance that is a totally entangled context of the traditional use of concepts. The problem is whether it can be introduced given the reluctance of politicians to relinquish power and the availability of a statesman to carry the day.

The Western democracies are victims of their own success [in attracting illegal immigrants] and of their own deficiencies [in a lack of social engineering [2] to keep them out]. Formal organisation [3] has been restricted to Occam' razor [that the simplest method is usually the best] for centuries and this lack is the root-cause of most of the problems that have plagued humanity for thousands of years. Organisation is crucial and every group has a creation myth, later a plethora of Gods and religions that have instructed us how to live and this necessity of religion as an adjunct to governance has been pondered throughout history and can be simply answered by lumping all the world's religions under the heading of organisation [concept] and their doings as context. For example, Christianity and Islam are basically the same [and, I believe was intended as an upgrade] with the difference in the approach to women resulting in the increased population growth under Islam. Thus, to solve the population crisis [of Western women having too few children], Christianity needs to change, Islam spreads or organisation be used to better the population and control the numbers. Or, for example, simply restrict the birth-control pill.

Only one postulate is needed to generate the universe [4] and that is relativity [the old Two-ness that has been somewhat recognised for millennia] where organisation is considered to be orthogonal to energy in the creation equation energy plus organisation is nothing as a special case of the philosophy that concept plus context is nothing. We can create the context [of organisation] because it is allowable [in our simple fractal universe [from the simple equation]] and is used in algebra [let the solution be 'x']. Physics is wedded to Newtonian physics that explicitly uses only energy to the extent that physics closed down the beginnings of the theory of modern physics a 100 years ago and created a religion that is necessarily un-changeable. Technology has burgeoned in spite of physics' timidity but the lack of organisation is apparent in the stick-in-the-mud religion.

The simplicity of the universe can be seen in the working of the mind [5, 6], the former paper having been redacted probably because it derives quantum mechanics and how the universe developed [7, 8] and as an organisation [9]] that provides a true social science [2] and produced a series of papers that hopefully provide a do-it-ourselves Second Coming that makes everything right [whatever that is] and that rightness becomes a necessary goal [10]. The representational so-called democracy currently in use has become corrupted by the politicians over time for their own benefit and it will be difficult to overcome their resistance to change. This is not a new problem, as in the Bible, God [as organisation] saved Lot from the selfishness of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Leadership

Leadership unfortunately attracts a certain type of person [Dunning-Kruger effect] that seeks the glory attached to being a successful leader without the ability to be a successful leader and this is aptly shown by the disarray sown when they use and undermine the [I believe] corrupted Western so-called democracies with socialist ideals. Stamer [Britain], Albanese [Australia] and Bidon [USA] created chaos [with immigration etc.] forcing the rise of Farage [Britain], Hanson [Australia] and Trump [USA] by voters fearful of the unregulated immigration. This relativity [of the political party] is the fractal antagonism of a largely unrecognised context in a society that only recognises concepts and has not been recognised as physics is locked into a second-grade measuring/peer-review [no organisation] science even to the extent that they abandoned the theory of modern physics 100 years ago.

When the creation equation is recognised, a whole new dimension becomes clear that there is more than yes/no to a vote because there is a context that even the animals consider and that is 'fairness' in the sharing of food [as many psychological experiments have shown]. Thus, the concept of a democracy is appealing because it engenders a sense of fairness but ends up leaving up to 49% [the losers] dissatisfied with no input. A true democracy rectifies this problem. The simplest building blocks that create our universe are energy and organisation with the simple relationship energy plus organisation is nothing [4] and the relativity of the social contract [that there are the rich and the poor] is the Socratic question [that has no absolutes] and indicates the degree of selfishness of the individual versus what is good for the state and that relationship has to be decided by a vote. This is where we need a better targeted and representative vote [true democracy] that more aptly describes the relativity between the voter and the question being voted upon and further [from the creation equation] that firstly, the orthogonality [of energy and organisation] is always there and secondly, that relativity requires a goal [forward plan].

The Players

The goal has a relativity that 'a politician is typically focused on gaining and maintaining power, often through manipulation and self-serving actions. They may prioritize their own interests and those of their party over the needs of the people they serve. In contrast, a statesman is a leader who prioritizes the well-being of their country and its citizens above all else. They make decisions based on principles, values, and the long-term interests of the nation, even if it may not be politically advantageous. A statesman is respected for their integrity, wisdom, and ability to unite people for the greater good.' (thisvsthat.io) Thus the players in a governance are the vast number of voters who must be reasonably informed secondly, the politicians that are concerned with their own interests and thirdly, the statesman that are non-existent because [without this theory] they are little different to  politicians.

Unfortunately, distance and time to garner votes means that we are stuck with using a clearly impoverished method [using agents, above] but with electronics, computers and internet the way is open to use the true-democracy [presented here] that the voter 1. must be informed 2. able to vote 3. change their vote at any time 4. the numerical value of the vote depends on the value of the voter to the species, group, Country etc. and 5. relativity requires a goal. In Australia there is no requirement to be informed, voting is compulsory and attracts a fine if you don't vote, the politicians are untouchable for 3 or 4 years and everyone has an equal vote. Obviously, this complete control for an extended period leads to professional politicians forming parties to manipulate voters.

The goal contains two requirement, 'How do we know where to go?' because the universe is based on relativity [5, 4] and this theory provides the organisation [the how, [3, 9]] and 'where to go' is the choice of the informed voter. In other words, whoever is suggesting the action of the vote must include [as a relativity] the future goal [10] of that action [because they are inseparable]. This is the difference, above, between a statesman and a politician and what is good for the individual or Country and what is good for the politician.

The Return of Democracy

Relativity [as the only posit in this theory] demands that we must have a goal [forward planning] and through derivation using the physical [fractal], relativity, bottom-up organisation and the organisation of the animals we can set up social engineering [11] with the mathematics of governance [1] based on absolutes that make a first-grade science. For comparison, a second-grade science is followed by physics and social science that requires measurement and peer review to derive the laws of physics and this leads to the law of gravity never having been derived. For justification, that law is simply the relativity [multiplication] of the quantum gravities augmented [the necessary relativity] by the acceleration of the path [Eddingtons experiment verified Einstein's prediction that was twice Newton's estimate] [14]. Relativity is also the key to a true democracy where everyone is at a meeting and can relate to the discussion which is similar to a leader conversing with owners, aristocracy and others held in regard that has worked for thousands of years. As populations grew, it became necessary to employ agents to put their [supposedly the leader's] point of view across in parliament and over time have embedded themselves and call themselves leaders where, unfortunately, they are often the worst choice [1, 11, 12, 13].

As States and Nations grew, time and distance required the representative system but now electronics has allowed instant communication and computing has allowed a return to a true democracy [11] if we can wrest control back from the public servants that have skewed the vote to give power to themselves [politicians and other public servants]. In effect, they have created a hierarchy of those content with petty power, clean hands and a life-long pension [12, 13, 11]. This public service takeover [essentially communist/socialist] has come about as a relativity to the capitalist free-enterprise system and has corrupted the voting orthogonality by including workingmen and women as voters in [what has turned out to be] a corruption of the simple yes/no voting system because it creates an unsupportable double orthogonality [11].

Survival of the fittest is a workable organisation that produced humanity and importantly deleted the not-so-fit so that that humanity gradually improved but this improvement [in humanity] possibly stopped when we used technology [farming], helped the old and infirm to survive, allowed genetic and lifestyle problems to proliferate etc. because we do not understand organisation, so much so, that another world war is expected in the near future. There are ways where technology can help produce better offspring and more offspring [to move the average from 1.5 to 3 children per woman as at 75 years ago] with better personalities [2] yet still retain the family life expected today [culture] based on  the successful methods of the animals.

A widespread absolute used in the higher animals is the sanctity of the species [or culture, religion, society etc.] with distinctive colours, calls, shapes, sizes etc. that delineates the breeders across different groups. Elements of humanity, by not recognising this relativity, take great umbrage at the rejection of people that are different  to a group and call it racism. Racism is an absolute and it is essential [for the success of the group] and the outsider should respect this and not intrude.

More Players

To build anything requires at least two orthogonal somethings, as in the creation equations, and that  simplicity creates a fractal. Life eventually formed [through time and competition] an organisation that works and we see it in human families where nurturing and teaching is afforded to the young by the mother under the protection of the males. Naturally the females are inward-looking and the males outward-looking and this organisation has changed little over time. The lauded democracy of the Greeks was  similar and their formal voting concerned the hierarchy of warriors only and yet, in modern society, the 'fairness' [that psychology experiments suggests is ingrained in animals and humans] possibly lumped everyone together and gave everyone [above a certain age] an equal say whether male/female, rich/poor, capitalist/employee, old/young, worker/pensioner etc. and that was a simplicity that was a step too far.

Consider the 'fairness' in the light of  'Wagner's law: "One development that people both on the Left and the Right are unaware of is almost an inexorable force that leads affluent societies to devote increasing amounts of their wealth to social spending, to redistribution to children, to education, to healthcare, to supporting the poor, to supporting the aged." Until the 20th century, most societies devoted about 1.5% of their GDP to social spending, and generally much less than that. In the last 100 years, that's changed: today the current global median of social spending is 22% of GDP.' (Wikipedia, Wagner's law) It appears that our 'racism' [looking after the species] is inbred and one has to wonder at the basis of the selfishness that underpins the socialist parties. That is, the relativity of the Labor party becoming the government of the poor, unemployed etc. and down-playing the producers of wealth. In other words, politician may be using and promoting selfishness, as above, in spite of Wagner's law to create a political party that is not necessary and is for the benefit of the politicians. This is the question of Socrates of how to divide society's pie equitably without being able to use absolutes and if Wagner's law is an absolute then Socrates would not expect opinions on the distribution of available profit because that distribution becomes a science.

The entrepreneurs and business people provide the technology and distribution by working and socialists are trying to snatch as much as they can by creating public servant's to tax their work, generate laws, the police to enforce them, the courts to hand down huge fines and create a relativity [obstruction] to growth. [See DVD Billions, first series, last disc] This is the relativity that is seen in Liberals/Republicans and Labor/Democrats and the transition can be seen over 70 years from the Labor party using the White Australia policy [to keep wages high] to Albanese's destruction of the culture by excessive 3rd world migration under the label of multiculturalism. We have come too far left with excessive red-tape, laws, police etc. and need [to go to the right] to encourage considerate independent personalities and that means pursuing social engineering [2].

The Science of Governance

It was pointed out above that the simple yes/no vote has been corrupted  by owners, workers and women having three different requirements and similarly business [Liberal] and worker and non-workers [Labor] arose out of the White Australia policy 70 years ago. Prior to social media, communication between voters was practically non-existent and limited to Letters To The Editor in the left-leaning newspapers and migration was not a problem. Albanese's reneging on not changing the Capital Gains tax [and negative gearing], high energy prices, immigration etc. has led to a furore on social media that has shown the Labor/Liberal voting division is not what the public requires because both parties support immigration. Given the absolute that a strong nation  requires 1 culture, 1 religion, 1 goal and make everything here, multiculturalism [without assimilation] is not a good idea and our culture is in jeopardy. People have thrown their support behind a fringe party [One Nation] and now [with hardly any seats] is now considered to be the preferred party!

Clearly, when an absolute [that does not change] is found , a science becomes possible because every  other case can be compared to that unchanging absolute through a mathematics [11] and an example was made of Labor, Liberal and One Nation policies based on the definition of a strong nation and the result was -4, -4, +4 respectively showing that One Nation is the best choice. Whilst this is a simple case it is rigorous and indicative of a first-class science and an example of a second-class science is physics, social science etc. that measures and requires peer-review and agreement on natural laws.

Population

Controlling population is beyond the ability of Homo sapiens [because it lacks organisation] as the world gets more crowded and the third world produces excess people that seek to improve their lot in life by moving into the Western democracies where business welcomes them to increase GDP [in the face of a falling birthrate (1.5 average per woman versus 3 in the 1960s)]. Unfortunately, they have their own cultures, don't fit-in and weaken the country according to the absolute [a strong country is 1 culture, 1 religion, 1 goal and make everything]. So, how can we align all these factors so that they give the optimum stable managed population?

Our beginning must be the mathematics of concept-context that the mind uses [15] to extend our understanding of the scope of the problem by increasing the mind's software to include bottom-up organisation, relativity and the physical through the paper Social Engineering: Using Social Science To Improve Ourselves And Society [2]. The following quotation [from that paper] is the goal, 'in a modern setting, the natural desire to produce the best offspring must be afforded by the system and that is through technology [in vitro fertilisation (IVF) is now available], incentive [money], safety and sustenance for a  highly evolved offspring. At present roughly 50% of teenage pregnancies are to unmarried mothers that the state supports, whereas, with a little planning, these mothers could use IVF with successful older males thus providing a selection mechanism that enhances the child's genes and future. Of course the normal system is available to the majority, but lifelong payment to these teenage mothers would tend to drive the system in the correct direction and allows young mothers to be useful, respected, gain a lifetime pension, receive the state protection [against domestic violence], and still enter into normal relationships for the rest of their lives.'

The present life-story of a young couple starting out in life could hardly be more bleak. Two jobs, renting, children, mortgage for life, unknown future mental, health and personality problems in later life, bringing up children in stress, losing jobs, losing partners, domestic violence, drug etc. so government support is often needed and that also means that women are not inclined to have children until later in life by setting up careers. The problem is compounded by the natural inclination [in the face of these difficulties] to have fewer children that leads to society requiring an influx of migrants. It is also a  consideration that Labor politicians [such as Albanese] might purposely be choosing 3rd world immigrants as long-term Labor voters. From the point of view of the citizens this convenience  is culture-changing especially when Albanese decides that it is justifiable to state that immigrants do not have to assimilate and that Australia is now multicultural. This situation has led to a small One Nation party now polling ahead of the established parties!

Albanese has ignored street-marches and in frustration people are voting for a new party [One Nation] and leaving scathing comments on social media where at long-last, voters have a communication channel to themselves and between themselves. Clearly, Albanese is a far-cry from the definition of a statesman [above] and voters are making their displeasure known.

Organisation

I have heard it said that a new invention tends to pop up when needed and this could reflect that people change only when disaster stares them in the face because resistance to change is an absolute and change must be forced on people. To recognise formal organisation is a big ask [being half of the creation equation] and just as society is at its limit of population, food production, incompetent governance etc. formal organisation might save the day. Clearly, with organisation being totally entangled contextually the enormity of its use is daunting but there is a way and the principle factors are firstly, the entitlement of women and secondly, the incompetence of governance.

Firstly, no sane animal would expend the energy to have offspring unless they had to, and they have to if they want to keep the species going and so every animal has an unbroken line of ancestors reaching back 3,000 million years. However many women find it more rewarding [for themselves] to have few or no children whereas the State requires an average of 3 children per woman as in the 1960s [now 1.5]. Secondly, this is also the fault of governance because all women should have the opportunity to breed with superior males [to preserve the gene pool] where superior in a modern world means that the males have accumulated houses, businesses, healthy old age, no drug or personality problems etc. and to make more use of this personality [as an asset] is clearly warranted.

The government has to pursue the above with a scientific reasoning based on formal organisation because Homo sapiens does not realise that organisation [as a formal quantity] exists [3] outside of these papers and that is why the case study of the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club [with the necessary finances available to the community] is so important. Our attempts at management have been taken over by the public servant problem of petty-power hungry feather-bedding red-taping parasites. The Labor party is no longer the party catering to the workers [replaced by Chinese imports], the pensioners, sick etc. [Wagner's law] but is a bureaucratic public servant communism [socialism] that rewards the non-achiever with life-time selfishness and lotus-eating.

Mathematics and Misapplication

'“This is a shocking government led by a prime minister hopelessly out of his depth, and the treasurer, as I’ve said for years, is also hopelessly out of his depth.” Former Victoria liberal party president Michael Kroger savages Prime Minister Anthony Albanese over record antisemitism, falling property values and mass immigration, accusing the government of putting GDP ahead of social cohesion.' (Sky News Australia) Typical politics, where you have to have a thick skin and an even thicker brain to indulge in it, and yet it should be a science built on absolutes that bring politicians together because the relativity of politics is the basis of our democratic system. A true democracy has politicians present their cases and the voters decide.

A simple example of the application of governmental mathematics to policy was given above [1] and another example of its use is that politicians have taken it upon themselves to be leaders where they have no right to that appellation and are completely unsuited to that job [without this theory] and, I believe, have personality defects [Dunning-Kruger type over-confidence and naivety] because the people quoted above had little experience outside of politics. It is the fault of our governance that put these people in charge of running a nation without experience and practically unrestrained for years at a time with no science of governance to compare or restrain their thinking. So, how should a nation be ruled? Plato suggested a philosopher-King and that is precisely the problem here where naive personality-bent office-organisers [Albanese and ministers] have used our corrupted out-of-date representational democracy to apply their theories to a real nation.

How should a complicated modern society be governed? Clearly adding organisation [with its total entanglement] is more difficult than just using concepts as we have done in the past but this thinking [in concept] leads to the second-grade science that physics uses [measuring everything]. A first-grade science is based on absolutes that are organisationally stable and unchanging and reflect the simplicity of a fractal universe that can be derived from a simple creation equation [energy plus organisation is nothing]. Organisationally we turn to the animals and in particular, the herd, which is a widespread example of mini-governance and has been used previously to illustrate a means of controlling the numbers of humanity and their improvement [2].

Simplifying Society

Communism and socialism are attempts by the [generally] unsuccessful to reverse the traditional order of governance where the owners of production say how that production is to be used and is similar to the  attempt by the male losers in the herd system to bypass the dominant male and mate with his females. The dominant male could be considered as the entrepreneur and business-people who legitimately gather wealth and the sneakers correspond to the selfish that want to do their own thing without regard to the good of the herd. On the other hand, the females seek the protection of the dominant male but are seduced by the sneakers and could be induced toward the selfish end of the spectrum [of selfishness relative to the good of the herd or species] and the relativity of the appetite of the dominant male with an excessive number of females leads to an increase in cheating. This cheating is accomplished by taking an opportunity and even by passing as female-like in a bid to sneak under [or out of view of] the notice of the dominant male.

This example is more apt than may first appear because the animals determine the workable organisation over time, so the herd system is successful, used widely and shows the structure of our governance. Males are herd/species/outward-looking whereas females are selfish/inward-looking and this orthogonality cannot be represented fairly in a yes/no voting system but can within a true democracy [with certain restrictions]. The entrepreneur/business [Liberal party] provides growth whereas the selfishness of the Labor party destroys and diverts growth to consumption and undermines the genetic potential of the species. The problem with the Liberal and Labor parties was in taking the easy road of immigration instead of a possible organisational method [2]. This lack has brought the One Nation party to prominence in showing the people's wishes but in toto the situation cannot be solved without including this organisation and the answer is shown in the herd system as Christian versus Islam.

The Christian religion is women-oriented that increases their success in life and this success has seen them forsake child-bearing for careers, woke-ism, fashion, travel etc. and this lack is contributing to the down-fall of Western democracies. On the other hand, Islam keeps their women shielded from outside contamination and focused on the home and children similar as shown in the herd system. We need to understand and put this orthogonality [as relativity] to good use as a solution and the answer [to stabilising population] is clear 1. use organisational methods to set the birth-rate and improve the population [2] 2. be taken over by a younger and more focused version of Christianity [Islam] or 3. update the religion of Christianity.

The Philosophy of Governance

Governance is part of a fractal universe [that is simple and similar] and we can be confident when this theory produces no enigmas because without this theory of governance other organisations would be too complex to understand. In other words, humanity does not understand the bottom-up organisation, relativity or the fractal restrictions that makes the organisation behind the herd system the same as social problems in the cities. If this were true, what could we glean from the herd system? Firstly the dominant male is the best genetically-suited male available given the circumstances and it is proper that his genes be used secondly, all other males are inferior and females do not really want these males' genes but give in to selfishness [and convenience] and jeopardise the future of her genes in their survivability. Thirdly, the cheating males have improved the position of their future at the expense of the herd. Fourthly, the dominant male is the creator of wealth in the future of the herd [Liberal party supporting business] whereas the cheating males have no use but to be selfish and look to their own self-interest [Socialist party]. Fifthly, the dominant male is outward-looking whereas the females are mothers, social beings and inward-looking and both should be interested in supporting One Nation.

Using the simple case of the herd allows us to examine the contexts between the concepts that we do not usually consider [that is the subject of this paper]. The White Australia policy was selfish in keeping the wages high and the Labor party is now showing the same selfishness [with the top-down thinking] and the personality problems that arise from the less-successful selfish Labor politician's [Albanese's] lack of confidence among Whites and his support of third-world immigrants [that also vote Labor]]. The current Labor party, in becoming socialist [with globalisation], still imparts an overall selfishness that does no one any good. News24 host Rowan Dean says "Sadly, the entire modern left relies entirely on promoting racial and historical grievances in order to gain and hang on to power".

The Liberals lost their way in immigration instead of using organisation [which they didn't have] and ignoring Pauline Hanson [John Howard used the law to put her in jail but that was later overturned]. One Nation [Pauline Hanson] is taking its rightful place in representing the female vote [as a relativity] and not the Greens [that are getting the benefit of the politicians' wrecking the simple yes/no vote creating governance] with universal [double orthogonality, [1]] voting. The herd thus shows the simple similarity of the complex governance and it is the software [of the brain in this theory] that allows a better view [15] and not standing on the shoulders of giants [that have made mistakes].

Given these options, Albanese must be considered the worst Prime Minister ever because he is 1. a socialist, not a useful political party [Wagner's law being a measure of the fairness] 2. bringing in huge numbers of immigrants including Muslims without assimilation 3. increasing taxation and red-tape 4. brought in Capital gain tax and eliminated negative gearing after promising not to change them 5. The dominant male can be replaced anytime, but not so Albanese who has 3 years of complete control under the representational democracy [unless the party rolls him].

Gathering Thoughts

At this moment in time, we face the relativity of an old out-of-date governance and the prospect of a true democracy that can only be appreciated by knowing formal organisation and the first step is to acknowledge relativity as the basis to our universe. Obviously knowing that our universe is a simple and a similar fractal then the mathematics of concept-context [as used in the mind [15]] can lead us to understand how society works [as above] and allows us [the necessary goal] to see a much better means of governance that has been impossible before the general use of electronics and the prediction is a true democracy that banishes the selfishness, greed and divisiveness of the present system. Not only does the governance become orderly but the entanglement [that physics finds so elusive] is the context that links everything together.

For example, the basis of a species is excluding individuals because they are inferior in markings, size, thinking, personality etc. that threatens the workings of the species as well as the inferior members that arise naturally, such as the old, sick, disadvantaged or otherwise tainted. It is the selfishness of each member wanting their genes to be passed-on that is the strength of the species. Thus, the inherent basis of a species is racism and it is the socialists that try to destroy these efficient species with their selfish desire to control everything and allow the out-castes and sneakers [as above] to be included and call it racism when excluded.

Australia appears to have had negative productivity per capita over the last 5 years with incompetent governments increasing GDP through immigration and not solving basic problems. An example is [what I consider to be] the odious behaviour of the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club [case-study [11] that combines gambling with caring for the old, enfeebled, pensioners etc. and returning only 10% of their profit to the community. The Club is a non-profit business, without shareholders, involved in addictive practices, allowing pensioners to play with tax-payer money, possibly creating addiction through boredom, has 5 times the number of machines [I believe] that it should have [versus the state-average] and does nothing but build more grandiose and richer Clubs. These Clubs should be investigated but Premier Minns reneged on his election promise to do so even where there is possibly $20 billion available, with $2 billion a year to help [State-wide] with living expenses but it is easier [it appears] to raise taxes or borrow.

Examples

The concept of a true democracy will rid us of selfish, divisive and very expensive politicians and an equally useless and expensive voting system that can be handled with computer programs along with the repudiation of the locked-in autocracy perpetrated by the election interval. The context also has to be considered and 'Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says Labor is the only “mainstream” political party that the majority of Australians side with”' (Sky news 14/8/26) gives insight into the thinking of political parties. On the other hand, 'News24 host Rowan Dean says "Sadly, the entire modern left relies entirely on promoting racial and historical grievances in order to gain and hang on to power"' and this quotation backs up this contention that Labor, [being selfish and cheaters] wishes to degrade the strength of the species by inviting inferior immigration.

In the herd system [above] the dominant male [Liberal party] has some claim to improving the herd whereas the excluded and sneakers are the Labor party that is [inadvertently] trying to destroy the herd for their own benefit so, the Labor party is not only irrelevant but actively trying to destabilise the herd system. Is the Labor party really not helping the country? Consider the Lima agreement that supported globalisation and the dismantling of Australia's car industry [by chasing pollution etc.], clothing industry etc. that does not benefit Australia in the long-run and runs counter to the self-containment of the herd system.

The One Nation party has grown from the ideas of one person as the answer to the politicians' selfish multiculturalism through a social media which has allowed the people to talk among themselves for the first time [and certainly much better than letters-to-the-editor in the newspapers of old]. This power of social media can similarly transform the voting system much more effectively, though in the same way that Citizen Initiated Referendum was supposed to do. We need this theory to take the next step to a true democracy. Pauline Hanson is lamenting the 'got you' questions of journalists [names of politicians around the world etc.] expecting her to know everything which is not her job. She should aspire to be a stateswoman and try to bring order to a country [that has been brought to its knees by politicians] by using this science of governance not bothered by journalist's tricks paid for [in part] by Albanese's donation to news outlets.

What does the herd system tell us about the usefulness of its members and what to do about the pensioners [non-workers], wage-earners, small-business and the super-rich.  The socialists say redistribute the wealth! This is impracticable because the rich power the growth of technology and the thought of being rich powers the workers. Relativity says that there must be a goal and clearly, getting rich is the usual goal. On the other hand, the herd system is complete in itself and does not need the cheaters and the excluded. The survival of the fittest has a neat way of solving this problem and removing them from the scene over time but we keep them around and need to improve the individuals so an organisational solution is called for [2]. In other words the non-workers are not part of the herd system and if we keep them [as in the species] they should not be breeders and in nature we see the less-intelligent excluded as in the bower birds [building bowers].

The Science of Governance

Given that the universe is a simple and similar fractal [from a creation equation] the simple herd organisation is relevant and contains absolutes that pertain to a modern society and make a first-grade science. The herd-model corresponds to the larger case study of the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club that allows pensioners to gamble with taxpayers' money that, according to this science, should be barred from all contact with gambling [11]. Thus, given Wagner's law, the pensioners are catered for by fairness, and are not part of the governance. This is backed by [the common rule of fairness] that those receiving benefits should not vote for them. Hence, it is a travesty of this science that the Labor party is a non-viable, non-sensible and non-useful contender to governance.

Similarly, the fact that [useful] women are inward-looking in their job of providing replacements for the herd and they should not have a vote [in principle] as the running of the country is more suited to the outlook of the dominant males. This was the state of affairs up until 100 years ago when women agitated for 'universal suffrage or universal franchise refers to the right to vote being available for all adults within a jurisdiction. The idea is often endorsed by the slogan "one man, one vote". For many, the term universal suffrage assumes the exclusion of the young and non-citizens (among others).' (Wikipedia, Universal suffrage) Clearly, universal suffrage is a concept that has been inappropriately applied without the context considered here and forms a large part of Labor's drive.

Women should vote [if they are interested] and the same reasoning applies to the voting-age being reduced to 18 years of age [that if you can fight for your country you should be allowed to vote for it] seems to miss the point that it is maturity, experience, knowledge that gives the right to vote. At what age should you be allowed a full vote? The young are shamelessly used by politicians and an example is schoolchildren taking time out of school to protest against Pauline Hanson's One Nation party at the behest of their elders or that young men should be sent to fight wars. Clearly, a true democracy starts to emerge when computer programs links age with a vote proportionally and this is simply adding more context to the crude slogan "one man, one vote".

Conclusion and Prediction

We live in a representational democracy and a cardinal condition [of a democracy] is that we be fully informed, after all, how can we vote effectively if not fully informed? Clearly, being representational, we expect agents to represent us on the not-so-important votes but politicians have usurped our obligations and call themselves 'leaders'. The newspapers, when being the only form of communication are staffed by left-leaning reporters and the ABC [Australian Broadcasting Corporation] is notorious for its left-leaning bias. A socialist Country is composed of equals and the State owns all property and, I believe, that Albanese's mother [a single parent with chronic arthritis] lived in Council housing for 65 years as an example but Albanese owns a $4 million house that has recently had a major road upgrade past it and a property that is up the road from a golf course that was given a large amount from the government. How can he say that he is a socialist? Likewise, I believe that other members of his cabinet own numerous houses. Looking at the herd model, above, property owners should be classed as a herd and not selfish opportunists unless being a politician affords an easy way to gain [not earn] taxpayer money. So, why is he masquerading as a socialist? This is not a  Labor Party, it is a party that makes Albanese and his mates Kings for another 3 years!

The Greens party seems to be elected by voters that found their way to the polling booth [and avoided a fine] but are inward-looking with no idea of politics and play it safe by attempting to save the world so they vote Green to feel good. The Greens party is a good earner for the team but does it accomplish anything useful? The Liberal party is something of a guiding light for the small business vote but a prostitute that sides with big overseas business that is destroying our self-reliance, encourages migration [for agriculture and a quick-fix to boost GDP]. That these large businesses gives them money and equally to the Labor party appears to be protection money especially paying off the unions. The Liberal/National coalition needs revitalising as it has lost its way and needs to join with a genuine States-person like Pauline Hanson and ignore the small-minded and limited personalities like John Howard that tried to jail her.

The people have had enough of second-rate politicians, their corrupted governance and feathering their own nests and we can only hope that a [hopefully] genuine person [like Pauline Hanson] can use the new science of governance to give us a true democracy. This science necessarily contains the physical, formal organisation allowing bottom-up accuracy, the fractal nature of our universe and the requirements of a true democracy as a basis. If the White race is to regain its leadership in technology and a safe place in the world  it needs social engineering applied to its society. The money is there in the coffers of the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club [and the other Clubs, [11]] that should be offered to help bring about this transition as a mea culpa of their sabotage of the community and, if not, it could provide the war-chest of a States-person such as Pauline Hanson. I have asked the CEO [Paul Biddlestone] formally to contribute [11] but have been ignored.

Disclaimer: the subject matter of this paper is new but must be classed as an opinion-piece and cannot be classified as scientific [not being based on past peer acceptance] and is theoretical [not based on the scientific method [that is measurement]] and it's use may conflict with peer acceptance. Secondly, the paper is, in truth, scientific because (1) it is based on absolutes [as it must for comparisons to be made], and (2) on the simplest absolutes [unlike Newtonian physics that is based on the more complicated force equals mass times acceleration]. Thirdly, mistakes [contextual] may occur because I am a generalist, whereas a specialist is a specialist [conceptual] in a subject and would not be expected to make mistakes. Fourthly, social science and social engineering require organisation that is entangled and contextual [not conceptual] and these requirements are the result of relativity and cannot be eliminated.
