Information about the preferred format for the individual journals can be found in the specific journal’s Guidelines for author’s page. Our recommendation is to use the Vancouver style for references.
Double-blind review process requires that both author(s) and reviewers identities are hidden from each other, our policy is to not accept any recommendations for reviewers from an author. We may consider it if the situation demands it and there is no cause for any conflict of interest.
Authors can submit their articles as an e-mail attachment to the editorial office and or can be submitted through online portal Submit Manuscript on our website.
We are a young enterprise in the publishing industry; our journals are not yet indexed in major databases. However, we are well on our way to getting the journals indexed with your support and cooperation.
The time it takes to process a manuscript can vary depending on the reviewers schedule and the number of corrections that may need to made as per reviewers' feedback. Once accepted, the paper will be published within 7 days and an online link to the page is sent to the author(s).
Aditum accepts electronic supplementary material (animations, videos, audio, original data, etc.) which will be published in the online version only. We believe this feature can add dimension to the article, as certain information cannot be printed or is more convenient in electronic form. For detailed information about file formats, file size, etc.Do not hesitate to contact at info@aditumtpublications.org
We are committed to your publication ethics. Your manuscript may be rejected by a journal for reasons other than your research’s quality or may be more suitable for another journal! Let us suggest an alternative journal for resubmitting your manuscript and any reviewer comments.
Once article has been accepted to publish online, manuscript files are handed over to production for data processing and typesetting or proof editing. We will contact the corresponding author with the galley proof / article proof for confirmation to publish online in our journal or any other necessary corrections on spacing or typo mistakes to be done.
Authors will be asked to agree to the publication terms of their article to the publisher (or grant the publisher exclusive publication and dissemination rights). This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. Open access articles (Open Choice articles or fully open access journals) do not require you to transfer the copyright; the copyright remains with the authors. By opting for Open Choice, you agree to publish your article under the Creative Commons Attribution License.
Aditum editorial coordinator acknowledges you by Email on the status of an article. For most of our journals the corresponding author can track the article online. Article Tracking will guide you through the seven stages from the moment your article has been accepted until it is published. Every step is described and will let you know whether action is required.

You cannot make changes after it has been published Online First, further changes can only be made in the form of an Erratum, which will be hyper-linked to the article. The online publication represents the official publication of research results. As soon as an article is published online, it can be cited and is quotable. If changes are then made, confusion can easily arise with authors citing different versions of the same publication. Aditumhas therefore decided not to make systematic use of the technical possibilities that an online publication offers and not to simply replace a published document with an updated one.
