Patient aged 25y with history of recurrent vaginal infections with no response to treatment
History of loop inserted since 2 y by endoscopy cervix ectopy was evidence
Thread of loop can't find in cervixcal channel but found in anterior surface of the upper lip of the cervix
At junction of squamous columnar junction in progress of the cervix metaplasia
Extraction of the loop from uterus at same time thread extraction from the tunnel extend from cervix chanel to anterior surface of upper lip of cervix with evidence of pus from outlet opening
