Aditum Publications charges article processing charges to the authors to publish their article online. The APC is payable if and when a manuscript is accepted for publication after peer review, but before it is published. Publisher will consider fee concession and waivers for developing countries and this is decided on an individual basis. Taking into account the time and effort required for a detailed peer review we also reward our regular reviewers with the opportunity to publish without the Rapid Service Fee (pending peer review) for every three reviews completed per calendar year. All articles are published open access. Article process charges are paid by author to cover our operating system as it is non funding organization and does not receive any funds from public nor private sectors.

Withdrawal or removal of articles is strongly discouraged by AditumPublications. Submitting a manuscript or withdrawing is only on an interest of an author and we respect their decision. Withdrawal of a manuscript will be acceptable only for the most unavoidable reasons, as it wastes the valuable time and effort made in processing the manuscripts by the editors, reviewers and the editorial staff. Authors can withdraw their article at no charge - if withdrawn within 24-48 hrs of its initial submission only. If an author(s) requests a withdrawal of manuscript any time after the peer review process or in the publication phase (Early release) or after it is published online- they will be fined with a withdrawal penalty of 549 USD. All the authors are requested to check multiple times that the article/manuscripts are genuine and error – free.
If the author wishes to withdraw paper from a journal, author needs to submit an "Article withdrawal Form" signed by all authors (or) the corresponding author of the manuscript stating the reasons for manuscript withdrawal. The form is available from the Editorial Office of the journal department.
The practice of removal, deletion, or obscuring of an article or part of an article is limited to circumstances such as:
Articles that have been withdrawn by the author or retracted by the publisher will be accompanied with a notice that provides a reason why the article has been withdrawn or retracted. Articles in Press (articles that have been accepted for publication or published as E-pub Ahead of Schedule but which have not been formally published with volume/issue/page information) that include errors or are determined to violate the publishing ethics guidelines such as multiple submission, fake claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data or the like, may be “Withdrawn” from the journal. Withdrawal means that the article files are removed and replaced with a PDF stating that the article has been withdrawn from the journal in accordance with Aditum Editorial Policies.
Published articles (with volume/issue/page information) which may contain infringements of professional ethical codes, such as multiple submissions, bogus claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data or the like are retracted. Aditum Publications follows COPE’s retraction guidelines
Editors of AditumPublications have policy for Abstracts and posters of conferences, results presented at meetings (for example, to inform investigators or participants about findings), results databases (data without interpretation, discussion, context or conclusions in the form of tables and text to describe data/information where this is not easily presented in tabular form) are not considered prior publication. Authors who wish to publish translations of the articles that have been published elsewhere should ensure that they have appropriate permission(s), specify clearly that the material has been translated and re-published and pin it clearly the original source of the material.
