Oncology and Cancer Screening (JOCS) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal which publishes original research articles, review articles, communication articles as well as editorials and clinical studies on current topics of oncology and cancer screening technology. The journal is maintained under Aditum Publications.

The journal endow with a multidisciplinary medium for clinical along with translational oncology research in the region of molecular pathology, genomics, diagnosis and therapy with a specific focus on molecular targeted agents, immune therapies and multidisciplinary approaches to cancer screening and prevention.

JOCS look for manuscripts with the aim comprise noteworthy advances in cancer research and that offer a translational association from the laboratory to the treatment center to unchain new prospects for understanding, prevention, identification and treatment of cancer.

Specific areas of interest include, but are not limited to: carcinogenesis - etiology, mechanisms; molecular biology; recent developments in Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Gastrointestinal Cancer, Skin Cancer, Head and Neck Cancer, Paediatric Oncology, Neuro-oncology, Genitourinary Cancer, Soft Tissue and Bone Sarcomas, Palliative and Supportive Care tumor therapy; and epidemiology, mechanisms of development of the malignant phenotype and metastatic disease; general diagnosis; laboratory diagnosis; diagnostic and experimental pathology; oncologic surgery; molecular alterations or biomarkers that predict response or resistance to treatment; translational research in targeted therapies; personalized medicine; novel applications of bioinformatics and biostatistics; tumor immunotherapy; large-scale molecular characterization of human tumors and innovative research with probable applicability to clinical research.

JOCS consent to the rapid publication of accepted articles and the staging of outsized amount of data and additional information to make sure that research is distributed as resourcefully and promptly as potential to the scientific society.
